Well, you're still young, that's one plus there, and explains a lot actually. Some of us were ancient old coots before we even had any idea we might be kinky in any one way or another. That being said, experiment. Try things. Get tied up, tie someone up, take a few smacks to the ass if you like, and return the favour. Have fun with it. But, be safe and smart. Start out small and slow, ease into it.
I've often found that people who jump into this head first and go straight for the gusto get in over their heads very fast and with things like this, could easily end up being physically injured quite badly. Emotionally and psychologically injured also, quite easily. Some of the stuff we do can be pretty damned scary even for the people that have been involved for a long time, so, even moreso for newcomers.
Experiment, but do it with someone you trust implicitly, someone you would be willing to literally put your life in their hands, and vice versa, because at points, depending on what you get into, that may very well be what you're doing.
But, yes, do experiment, and do have fun with it, just use common sense, and don't force the issue, let it happen. Life is here to live and learn from. :)
