I'm new here but thought I would chime in as another subbie (of sorts) who gets weak kneed over the prospect of getting taken by a physically powerful woman. Some of the follow-up posts have stated that it's a pretty common male fantasy and judging from sheer number of web sites catering to this interest, I would have to agree. Pity that. I like to think of myself as special.
Another point brought up some of the dommes in this thread is that the essence of domination lies in her commanding presence, rather than the size of her biceps. That is true and when someone seriously craves submission, it is ultimately the dominant's preferred methods that rule the day.
That said, there are also a lot of bottoms out there who seek not submission but to engage in their kink of choice. In strict D/s terms, this can be viewed as an abomination. It can also be a lot of fun. Sometimes play is simply that. Other times, it can be deeply meaningful but in a way that does not fit neatly with a D/s dynamic.
For me, the key is compatibility and communication. Well, that and finding a woman who can snap me like a twig.
