another thing that helps is Desitin. It has a horrible smell but it heals chafing and other small things like that rather quickly and can be applied while you sleep.

Coming from a theatre background this girl has used baby powder on her face and hair for years now....so if it gives her cancer, well oh well...geez there isn't anything one can't do without getting cancer now a days, she guesses she'll up the blueberries to a quart instead of a 1/4 cup a day? lmao.
As for anyone who has lost alot of weight this girl can relate, during both pregnancies she had gestational diabetes and by the end of second pregnancy weighed exactly twice what she does now. Lose slow, and add weight baring exercise which will build muscle which fills in the skin...take a look at my collarme profile, bottominwa...thats me now..and i lost roughly 140 lbs after the birth of my daughter in a year...and that was 4 years ago...weights are magical. No plastic surgery here, just hours on the treadmill and weights, tons of weights.

The best thing I ever found for the thigh chaffing thing is slimply wearing bike shorts or some other compfortably form fitting shorts. (cut off streach pants work great.) I never got out in a skirt without one.

If I find myself chafing in the thigh area, I generally just swap to boxer briefs for a few days and not worry about the powder, as that seems to take care of things pretty well for myself.

You can spray OTC Lamisil or Tinactin on the areas (such as under the breasts or rolls) when you get a rash. It will clear in 7-10 days. Then use the gold bond in the areas to keep them dry. This takes away the environment that yeast needs to grow and reduces the chance of recurrance.

I agree that thigh chaffing is not all aout being BBW - I hate wearing skitrts in very hot weather for the exact same reason.

I'm in the UK and use a product called vagisil - their powder is non-talc, very fine and helps tremendously. Another tip is to get a retractable cosmetics brush, tip a load into the lid and then you can carry the brush with you on hot days as it enables quick freshening up via a quick dusting.

I forgot about vagisil. I had a male friend who swore by it to prevent jock itch.

Also, I found this bit on the site so funny "Ideal for athletes, trampers or sports people".

Obviously, a tramper has a different connotation in the land down under ;)

Lady .. I am an Australian and even I have no idea what a tramper is .. lol .. sounds like a homeless person to me ... but I believe 'to tramp' is somewhat akin to .. hiking .. mayhap .. :)

And being a larger lassie myself, I tend to mostly wear pants as the ole thigh chafe can get very annoying. But yes I agree with srahfox's suggestion of bike pants.

I beleive that , being from New Zealand, I can clarify the meaning of "tramper" down under .A tramper is in fact someone that hikes or tramps in the mountins or the bush or wherever - as for me - I;'m a BBW and proud of it , not totally unfit but give me a shopping mall over bush that looks the same anyday -as a "tramper" Im no good :-) Plus I like my luxuries like a comfy bed and a decent hot shower...................

How about FDS?
And getting comfortable with one's natural odors, as long as one has showered/is clean?
Than again how about getting down and dirty can be fun too, lol

Ohhhhhh k
Im gonna break the thread here and make a comment
I like the natural smell of people especially a BHM just from work.
The smell of peoples bodys are a great turn on for Me all tho I have
met sum whom had a smell that totally turned off My body and sences.
Most know here that I have a kink for hair. I have a secondary
kink and thats body smells. I like My body all natural and simply
bath normally and use small amounts of My fav perfume in places
that do not rub nor sweat and when I heat up, those places do to
and it makes for a very provocative natural smell and a simple
whipe with a hankie stored in a sentened drawer will remove any
stale yeastie odor from under the arms, rolls and breast. Ive found
that many Men like the smell of Woman with a little body odor as well.
And the letting those private areas completly dry by either hair drying
or fan blowing on them works well also to keep the yeast growing down. JMO
