Well, I wouldn't take her, really, but she is soooooo cyoot! I just lubs me some kittens. Has she introduced herself yet? What is her personality like? Mine are all full, so they are doing their best rug impressions. Boo is actually snoring........

Squeaks is feeling her oats.....she's been going after Smooch the past couple of days. She snuck up on him earlier and scared him and he actually farted! He hasn't gone after her, but he lays his ears back flat and hisses and moans, but she's not backing down. She and Boo seem to have come to some sort of agreement....they have been getting close to each other and not swiping at each other. Personally, I can't help but laugh at Smooch....she's really good at sneaking, and she's made him jump about a foot each time. Payback is a bitch!

Char, kittens only sleep when you're not looking! And since they are so cyoot....well, someone's always looking! Don't worry, she'll grow out of it.....maybe. When KB is bored, and wants someone else up, he comes and head butts me til I give up and get up....at which point, he promptly lays down in the warm spot I left behind! I've been up since about 5:30, after being up until about 2. I still don't know what he wanted! Not food, or attention....he just wanted soemone else up, I guess!

Today is Angel's 5th birthday! (Well, not really, but the vet estimated her age and I picked a date. She joined my household on 5/30/10). They are both enjoying a "tuna feast." Angel received a motorized water fountain so the spoiled things can have fresh, filtered water. Both are so involved with their tuna that they have not checked out the new fountain yet.

I have one of those fountains.....mine seem to like it alot....the water keeps moving, and the fountain keeps it cool, so they aren't drinking warm water. There was some foot dangling when I first got it....they'd stick their foot in the water that's coming out of it, and I think they did that to check first. There were some wet noses from sticking it in the water that they couldn't see on the little ramp...so they tested it first with their tootsies.

Ok-- I put the AC in.. it is hot and humid -- do you think the cat would want in the same room? Nope. She is in the un-aircondtioned kitchen.

Bubba-kitty is doing his best impression of a spreader bar between my feet in the bed. This is not exactly comfortable to me, but he doesn't care about that, it seems.

I've changed the names of my cats. They will still be formally known as Professor Orange & Sir Hemingway but that's a damn mouthful when trying to get their attention. And they don't answer to those names. Now that I've gotten to know them, the Professor has become Booga & Hemingway is now Pookie. They seem to like those names a lot better. I get lovies whenever I call them those names. [:D]
