Sent me a cmail warning that I had violated the TOS by disagreeing with Prinsexx.

I'm pissed to say the least. Prinsexx paraded her daughter's business and her own personal business across this board.

Then I get a cmail from Prin herself, notifiying me that she requested that a moderator close the thread she, herself, started.

I replied to Moderator Eleven and him / her as yet to reply back. Again, I have no desire to be banned since I enjoy reading here. But the very fact that Prinsexx has the attention of a so called 'moderator' that when she requests the thread to be closed because she's not getting the feedback in support that she seemed to want, ... just DAMN!

Sweets, it was not the fact you disagreed but the way that you were doing it, I am also pretty sure that Ms 11 closed that thread for more reasons than the request of the OP. Bringing it back to the boards justifies the fact that you had a letter from the Mod, you need to maybe take a step back from it all.

I wonder how pissed the OP will be when they see this thread go "poof"?...

And I don't think you were warned to not "disagree" with anyone, that's hogwash. Now, if you disagreed, and did so by telling the person that they stank like ass, maybe.

That is a reasonable suggestion on the surface. Truth is, there was nothing reasonable about Moderator Eleven singling me out over Prinxess' posts about how she treats minor kids and allows them to drink, do drugs, and have sex in her own house right in front of her.

Again, I know nothing about U.K. law, but I DO know that here in the U.S. that woman would be brought up on multiple charges of child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of minors.

So, whatever. I'm not caving because Moderater Eleven sent me a threatening cmail. Maybe he / she will ban me or not. That's not the issue. Integrity is the issue for me right now.

And I refuse to compromise on integrity no matter who threatens me. This may very well be my last post since I received a not so nice cmail from Moderator Eleven. And if this is my last post, at least I will know the last post I made wasn't a freaking joke or a pandering reply.

So what if you got spanked by Mod 11. There is nothing to get huffy about unless you suffer from a borderline personality disorder and want things run your way all of the damn time.

Next time, bone up on the TOS or you will be treated like Kevin.

Well Wyzardsgirl if you violated TOS by merely disagreeing with Prinsexx then I know I did and as of yet I have not received any emails from any of the mods.
If someone (namely the person who is offended by a post ) like Prinsexx who seems to be offended by everything that does not validate her opinion reports a thread or a particular post the Mods will read the offending post and then write you asking you to not repeat the offense(they will usually list one) if they deem it necessary. Often I think they are just trying to diffuse a situation that might be a flame war. Not saying you did anything wrong. I agree with everything you said with regard to that thread.

I would not let it ruin my day. In the grand scheme of things Prinsexx and her opinions or actually anyone elses for that matter really are not important enough for  you waste energy being upset  by it.

Best to just step away from the drama and the drama queens.

Before you try and hold others to a standard of upholding or following rules or laws that may or may not exists shouldn't you yourself follow the rules set forth by the moderators of this site? Or are you above these rule because in you're eyes you are justified?

Well, thanks, I guess. I have no idea who Kevin is. I haven't been around long enough to know everyone. I was just supremely pissed that Moderator Eleven sent me a warning that I had violated the TOS.

Sorry, everyone. To me, it was Prinsexx who brayed on this forum about her daughter deserving to be beat. Maybe I should just find another thread to post on. I've learned a lot here, not the least lesson being that the 'mods' take sides with their favorite posters despite how screwed up their 'favorite poster's reasoning is.

I may not always agree with Eleven, but I have to tell you one thing.  Whoever that is, they have a better stomach for certain disagreements than I do.  Especially in areas in the thread that you're referencing.  I understand that people are going to get heated when there's a thread created where it's going to involve the confusion of BDSM and abuse, mixed with someone under the age of legal consent (at least in the US), stir in a dash of alcohol and/or other substances, and shake well with a good number of forum regulars.  That's a cocktail for disaster which is going to push a lot of people's buttons.

I did, and do, find the subject material of that thread personally repulsive.  I highly doubt I could have stayed objective for most of it.  That's why I skipped reading most of it.  Sometimes, that's the best answer.  If it's getting to you too much because it is offensive (as that thread clearly was) it is time to let it go.  Stop replying to emails that were sent on the other side that were inspired by the thread and don't originate any.  Even though I stayed out of most of it, there are a couple of posters that I never want interaction with again due to their actions on that thread.  I think I'm probably better off.

Thanks, hon. I know for a fact that I am not the only one who disagreed. But I seem to be the only one that Moderator Eleven sent a warning to.

Shows a lack of balance. Maybe because I'm fairly new to the site and can be seen as a 'target' to be easily picked on.

I dunno. I'm just damned mad that I got a warning and then got a cmail from Prinsexx that she asked that Mod Eleven close the thread she started.

I've since blocked Prinsexx from cmailing me. And JonnieBoy as well since he made threats against me yesterday which he doesn't have a chance of upholding in a court of law...not in the U.K. or the U.S.

If it was me, I would want to understand why I was being moderated; why I got the love note.

Tantrum-ing about it isn't going to get you the information (nor resolution) you desire.

I have been to forums that are self moderated.
Generally speaking, they aren't very nice places.
I prefer the alternative.

There is something to be said for walking away when you know there is no point in continuing an argument.
Is there really any point to pissing into the wind?

Like a brand new fancy rotating IP address cuz that's how CM tracks the moderations on users. Thanks AT&T!

And I get what the OP is saying. ModXI is notorious with me and not stating how I violated the TOS just saying that it interprets what I stated somewhere as a violation so I must submit to it's will!...Whatever, give the love to Fetlife.

Thank you Lady Pact for your words of wisdom You were one of the very first people I warmed up to on this site. Your posts make so much sense to me.

Yes, I'm angry right now, but you are a great person to put things in perspective. Again, thank you!
