whitman -> Safety of consuming saved, frozen cum (8/15/2009 4:13:48 AM)

my Mistress has me depositing my cum in a pill bottle and storing it in the freezer. When the bottle is full, She intends to have me eat the frozen lot. But is this safe? It's my own cum, but, even frozen, can the cum "go bad"? It seems to me that cum might be an ideal environment for the growth of bacteria. i hope someone can answer this question authoritatively before "the moment of truth" arrives for me. Thank you. Oh, and supposing cum can be safely frozen and stored for some limited time period, how long would this be?

sperm is frozen medically for indefinite periods of time. Also, with artificial insemination of animals it is the same...no limit on the time. It freezes well.

Thank you, sirsholly. you have helped greatly to allay my concern. Much appreciated!

I hope you realise that there is no Mistress and that whitman is now in the process of databasing protein shakes for future endeavours.

Thank you also, brispslave, for your response -- although i don't entirely understand what you're trying to say. i heard -- but correct me if i'm wrong -- that cum contains considerable protein, BUT a form of protein that is not readily metabolized in the human gut. In any case, i don't think that my Mistress is concerned with my nutrition. LOL!

Yes, at temps close to absolute zero (which means MINUS 197 Celsius). In other words, it cant be done at home. Period. Google is your friend, use it. Why do you think they use special equipment for preserving biological material ?

whitman -> RE: Safety of consuming saved, frozen cum (8/16/2009 1:54:22 PM)

Point well taken, BoF. But of course the issue here is not preserving viable spermatozoa, but rather conserving cum in a sanitary manner. Do you think that a household freezer will suffice for this limited purpose? Thanks.

Somehow I don't think it's going to catch on as the next Dairy Queen Blizzard flavor. [8|]

Like any fresh uncooked animal-sourced food I would say 2-3 months is the upper end of what you can expect to keep it safely. However this is going to be reduced a great deal by the fact that you are adding unfrozen semen to the same container daily or whatever.

EWWWW indeed, though not as far off as you might think. My grandparents used to rave about this new chinese food restaurant in Victoria about 12 years ago. A few weeks later it was on the news that the health department busted the place for having cages full of cats that they were using in their food. Needless to say they never said anything about said restaurant again...

Then again there was a Keg in New Westminister that was using horse meat and a chinese restaurant in Edmonton that was nailed for using coyote meat.

....and people wonder why I don't eat at restaurants anymore...

epepincanada -> RE: Safety of consuming saved, frozen cum (8/20/2009 10:04:15 PM)

"cum" is mainly protein and random fats, no different then a raw steak, so just dont keep it frozen too long, how long though i dont think anyone can say as i doubt someone has done THAT perticular research

Rhodes85 -> RE: Safety of consuming saved, frozen cum (8/20/2009 11:17:56 PM)

Well that explains why they call it 'tube steak'  [:)]

whitman -> RE: Safety of consuming saved, frozen cum (8/21/2009 8:42:57 AM)

Thank you, SmokeSerpent and epepincanada, for your thoughtful and helpful replies. i think that the moment of truth is "coming" soon.

Mishna -> RE: Safety of consuming saved, frozen cum (8/22/2009 4:43:04 PM)

I might be more concerned with properly cleaning and sanitizing the pill bottle. I certainly wouldn't want remnants of whatever chemicals were in the bottle to end up in my system.

As for bacteria growth, freezing does not actually kill most bacteria. Instead they essentially go to sleep. If you were to thaw it, and leave it in the fridge or out on the counter, then you would end up with probably fairly rapid bacteria growth, as bacteria require moisture, protein and warmth in order to multiply. As a popsicle, probably not so much danger.

Rhodes85 -> RE: Safety of consuming saved, frozen cum (8/22/2009 11:40:29 PM)

So... Mishna, you're suggesting he make 'spermsicles' then?

I'm never going to look the same way at those white popsicles again [:'(]
