I wish I could go.. I love DC.. (I worked it a few years back....)

But I have a more vital trip planned for mid Sept. cant afford more time off work,...

My offspring will be there -- he runs a small company that makes hand-designed, handmade steampunk and cosplay accessories using old grandfather clock-works, etc.

You must be excited to start a week before the Con.

Dragon*Con 2009 will be held Labor Day weekend (September 4 - September 7, 2009) in Atlanta, GA.

Waited too long to decide this year, and couldn't get a room at any of the host hotels. 2010 for me (2010 has a better sci-fi ring to it anyway)
