Walden Two by B. F. Skinner. He talks about utopianism from a behaviourist angle. The main character claims to be against politics of any kind but he is clearly a socialist with anarchistic dreams, but he doesn't let the anarchy enter and thus destroy his socialist experiment, it's a very good book. A sequel to the classic utopian novel by Theroux (spelling?).
