Right now, their profiles are dumb as hell.  I keep getting afraid of what will happen when the scammers get some brains and start writing halfway intelligent ones...

I think you missed the humor in that reply:  The poster was referring to the fact that Nigerian scammers almost always list their weight in Kilograms and not Pounds (even when they list themselves as Americans or living in the US), which makes them very easy to spot because they have ridiculously LOW weights when measured in pounds!

Most are dumb as hell, some are not. Pointing out the dead giveaways in their profiles simply teaches them to correct the errors next time around, improving their chances of hooking a victim.

personally I'm going to go over so scammer's village with the teaching program.  Fear not, I will teach them to grab at least a bag of chips in between scams.  I know I know but I don't mind sacrificing for the betterment of scammerkind.
