I am in search of a true slave to belong to me in a 247 D/s relationship. My thought is that all subs build up a lot of walls to get through life and to be normal. I feel that a sub must be stripped of everything and brought down to a very basic level to be rebuilt into a slave. I think that taking away all the slave's clothing and shaving their heads is a good why to remove all the barriers. My question is, would you do this? Mark

Mark, I checked your profile and it says nothing about you whatsoever. It says nothing about what you're looking for except that she be female. The general impression that I get is that you have a fantasy about chaining up a girl 24/7 and no experience whatsoever in Dominating. Part of being a Master is in understanding that you have an obligation to care for your slave. If you shave her head, she will have a helluva time finding another Master if you release her. It also means that she may have to wear wigs if she goes out. To answer your question, if you ever have a slavegirl submit to you to the degree you wish, she will have no problem getting her head shaved for you. As I said, you must make the determination if that's in her best interests.

I think that depends on the 24/7 dynamics because there are slaves who live in that lifestyle and work outside the home. I am just looking at it from a practical point of view. This would not be for me as I have a very round face and would look like a cue ball but to each his own.

If I were you I wouldn't be nearly as concerned with who's viewing your profile. If I were you, I'd be more concerned about how many women would agree to have their heads shaved. I just checked with Carol. Yes she'd let me shave her head although she'd dislike it greatly. Yes she'd let me take away all her clothes. But if I told her then to go to the grocery store naked, she'd rebel (as I would hope she would).

Hard to go to the grocery store like that. Some of us don't need theatrical stuff to be broken. In fact many of us would prefer not to be broken or taken to this artificial level by force, by inculcating Stockholm Syndrome. For us, deep trust and vulnerability would not have happened had he tried something like that. Being told never to darken my doorstep again would have been the result. But then he gained my love, trust and submission the old fashioned way - he earned it. BTW op, unless that pic you have is of you, it's rude as hell to post a pic without the person's approval. And her approving you taking it a couple of years back does not equal permission to post it now. If you took it off another site, that's just wrong.

off the top of my head i'd say no. however, i'd hope the person i was with would be decent enough not to ask. i believe this goes along with the thought that just because something is given doesn't mean it should always be exercised. in other words your will may not necessarily be in my best interest. porcelaine

I wouldn't shave my head - people would probably assume that i had cancer - and i don't have a pretty shaped head. I need hair to balance out my butt!!!!!!!!!! and in my job, a shaved head would be a bit extreme - and cold. I'd have to wear a beanie at work, and that is probably against dress code. On a slightly more serious note - i hope you are either independently wealthy or have a great job, because she would have a hard time getting a job. Looking a bit off the beaten track is a serious impedement to finding a job. And i hope you wouldn't have any problem taking said shaven slave into public to go to church, to meet the family, or to do the weekly grocery shopping.

i would never agree to have this done to be "built up" as a slave. Now, however, if it was for a cause...such as cancer awareness and it was important to my Master i would think about it. i agree with the others, there is no need to take someone to such a base level to have them as a slave. my Master started talking to me when i told Him i did not want a LDR, in truth i wanted little to do with the lifestyle at that point. In a course of about two months, i became His submissive and asked if He would have me as His slave. Laugh if you may, but He has an easy dominance about Him. Not only does He wish me to serve Him, but He also wishes i continue with my goals i had before W/we ever met. i am independent when not with Him and quite the opposite when i am with Him. my desire to be His slave did not come from Him humiliating me or taking things away. The addition of Him into my life was enough.

No, I would not agree to having my head shaved, but then again I am not a sub or a slave but a switch and a bottom. Mark, I'm sorry for all the off-topic responses to your post. Gasp -- maybe you're not "experienced" enough for this website. (If my reply were to resemble the others, this is where I'd add some completely irrelevant remark that's more about me and my particularities then about your question.) Your basic idea of "stripping down and building up" is shared by a lot of dominants, real or "fantasy"-based. BDSM is all about contradictions, including the contradiction of excess desire, realizing it and living with it. Very few submissives are capable of taking the plunge and living "in the lifestyle" 24/7, whether they have the opportunity or not, and even though they might often fantasize about it. Some do. Given that BDSM is, again, an excessive desire, you don't get more "points" for a 24/7 relationship than for the more common weekend-warrior variation; similarly, having a whole host of weekend-warrior Boy-Scout badges doesn't make you an expert on BDSM relationships. I think shaving a submissive's head would be very psychologically powerful. I would personally love to have the opportunity. Also, I doubt personally doubt a shaved head would preclude a decent job. Maybe if you're financially successful enough, you can remove your submissive from the top-down job market. That's the sad underlying current -- most 'slaves' are in fact slaves, just not to their significant others! I suspect that a formal study would reveal that BDSM psychology occurs most readily in countries like the U.S. (I'm from the U.S.) that lack a proper social security net and that possess a highly polarized income distribution. Given a BDSM context, "trickle down" economics takes on its true face!.........
