I have a person who HAND MAKES a penis squeezer/,ball crusher...that not only pulls the penis but also crushes the balls at the same time!
you can also separate the balls before you crush them.
It is make of dowel rods and is a MUST for do-it-yourselfers, or Dommes who like to sit back and laugh at their slaves self-applied agony.
