i had fun eating Indian and Dominican food with you sunny. i've enjoyed sneaking a grab of the bubble butt. Who wouldn't????

But my favorite memories are the very tender and real moments we've shared from miles away, talking and doing what sister-friends do: love and support each other without judgement. [sm=hearts.gif]i will miss you dearly... but what are a few miles between friends?[sm=highfive.gif]

I love this thread, but I have too many emotions to share here.

A party is a good idea.

Since I only get to see my adored friend a few times a year, anyway, I can just think of her as a few states away while I skype and message her. (Of course, I will have to process seeing her in a burka... Oy! too much for this rattled, western, jewish mind!)

Hello folks,

I've re-upped this thread because I've gotten so many questions from folks recently....

My contract says I start working TODAY in KSA.  Obviously, I'm not there.

I have sent in allllllllllll my paperwork, hired a visa agency to do the running around.  You wouldn't believe the level of red tape required to create a visa.  In the past, my employers have done the work, and I must say I have deep appreciation for them.

My contract date is being pushed back a couple of weeks - hopefully I'll be in The Middle East by somewhere in the middle of the month.  But as long as I'm putting out into the universe what I want, I'd like to be able to go to DV and Fox's wedding.  *blows kisses to the cute girls who I KNOW are coming to Nashville.  And by the way, y'all wanna come meet my family while you are here?  They are fabulous!  And I think they are going to the wedding too!

So, if life is good to me, I will be leaving around the 18th of October.  I'm figuring that I'll be having a layover in London (crossing my fingers).  Which of you fabulous Brits will take me to tea?

I will not miss Sunny. Yahoo is my friend. And just like when you were in Korea , I will be looking for you on Yahoo. We will converse and we can skype too if it permisable.

Sunny is one of the best and most loyal friends a gal can have. She fun and smart and funny and giving. She sees inside people and brings out their inner child. The real children like my Aaron, she can reach them in a way no other has ever done.

Ok, I lied. I will miss you. But you will be in our hearts until your return and I only hope time flys for all of us in your absence. Love you girl! [sm=flowers.gif]

Potty - she and I had a big fat fight when I was first on here, and now she's my friend.  I can't believe you remember how much I love love love the Osmonds.  Ohhh *blush blush... laughs.... one of the things about moving to Melbourne that made me realise I made the right decision was going into cafes and restaurants on my own with a book and noticing that I wasn't the only person doing this!!!!!!

Restaurants yes but bars????? 
Don't mind me, I've always had issues w/going out to eat/or drink on my own but the idea of going into a restaurant to study while I eat is more & more appealing.
