At work, when people are considerably late, or don't show up for their appointments.

On here, it irritates me when people try to degrade another person based upon his/her spelling and grammar abilities.

On a personal note, do NOT come up behind me and pinch a nipple while I'm washing dishes. God I fucking hate that.

Oh, and I agree with NG about those oblivious types. The worst is when they stand at the top of an aisle in the grocery store blocking anyone else from getting through. They're either on the phone, or checking coupons or whatever. How can anyone be that unaware of what they're doing, especially in public.

When someone makes a mistake and then accuses you as the one that made it.

(ie. Someone who uses their horn to accuse you of cutting them off when it was they who did not pay attention to the lane shift in a construction site. And afterwards they continue to accuse you by pointing at you or honking again.)

Since I like to watch a lot o movies, one of my biggest pet peeves about movies is poor sound quality. You know the type, you have it turned up to almost full blast and you STILL can't hear it because sound quality is so bad. I don't like actors who mumble in movies either.

my kids whom i love admire and adore with all my heart, but will never pick up a thing to help clean the freakin house! then they say he did it or she did it.............smiles!!!! spanking a child is apparently legal in tn! nananaboo boo!

I am not sure what "pocket dialing" means...but I hate to say my pet peeve is smoking as I used to smoke and quit about 12-15 years ago..I forget now how long..... but every year that goes by I can smell it more and more when it is near me....and I always said I would become one of "those" people and I really haven't as....I don't complain about it though it just irritates me and makes me cough if it is close by..another pet peeve are emails i receive from men on this site and the only text in the message is "Hi"...i never answer.

PS..looked up "pocket dial"...doesn't happen to me much so not a pet peeve!

1- people that have the thumping car stereos, and play them in residential areas, specifically, mine.

2- the same people, who are unable to comprehend why this is annoying as all fuck.

Especially when someone has to pass where they got something to check out... or if they try and hide what they are not taking because they have just enough guilt not to want someone to see them put it somewhere, but not quite enough to inconvenience themselves and put it away.

lol, that has been a huge peeve for as long as I can remember. And I'm "lucky" enough to work with TWO women that do it, one almost constantly. It's a horror show when we eat each day I even told her that it sounds like she's sucking someone off one time, even that failed to penetrate her brain enough to change.
