The other night, my cat amused herself by tearing from the deck, through the living room, down the stairs to the rec room, back up the stairs, out to the deck, and back around again. On about the 5th lap, she must have lost her footing on the shiny wood laminate floor, because she galloped headfirst right into the banister. Then shook her head and walked very casually away, as though she meant to do that..... [:D]
