For myself it is not at all. I do not "feel" submissive at all when I perform oral sex for my Lord. I love doing it and I feel powerful and in control. He is often non-verbal and lost in sensation and all because of me. It is a major turn-on! On the rare occasions that he performs oral sex on me, I in no way see that as a submissive act either. When a sadist has his teeth on my clit, I am quickly reminded of who is in control!

I have the feeling that this isn't going to be read by anyone, sense it's all the way in the back, therefore I'm at no risk of getting chewed out for my thoughts on the subject :)
Oral sex is a submissive act if the people involved think it is or feel submissive when doing it.
I feel submissive when I give a man head... which is why I'm not comfortable doing it to most men except for Master.
On the other hand I feel very much incharge when I go down on a woman. At that moment she is my bitch and will do what I want because she is so exposed to me. Usually what I want is for her to cum or get ready to take Masters cock or my strap-on.
In the year and a half that I have been with Master he has gone down on me twice. I do not feel that he is being submissive to me when he preforms oral sex on me. I feel that he is doing what he wants with his property and he doesn't really care if I enjoy it (I don't really like oral sex performed on me... it doesn't do anything for me).
What I'm trying to say is that it is all in the mind state of the people involved. If you feel submissive giving oral sex then it is a submissive act... if you feel domanint prefoning oral sex then it is not a submissive act.
