on the other hand, I can't see a female sub allowing herself being so vulnerable ???
this doesn't seem marketable either.

As ever, men are willing to pay for what women have to offer.

Not so much the other way around.

That's too generalized, almost stereotyping. 

The dungeon I work out of has a strict no sex policy with the clientele.   The commercially zoned dungeons I know of (and the pro submissives I know) forbid any penetration by a male.  Of course I'm sure there are many escorts might indulge their clients' kinks & fetishes.  But to say most are, is inaccurate.

Being that women frankly, don't have to pay for men's services and can be quite picky if they want to, many men will pay for the services of a woman.

Edited to add: I recently meet a my first pro dom

So as long as there is a demand for the service (regardless of which side they kneel) there will be pros.

What is it about money changing hands that creates concern?
Female subs are loaned out and exchanged for other benefits as well as being pimped out for money.

There are pro subs, same as there are pro doms. They come in both genders, and both sexualities. They may not be as widespread as pro doms, or as well advertised but they do definately exist.

Status: offline 		It is a bit more unusual to see a male pro sub unless he is catering to gay clients.  I am sure SF must have a few, I do know they have pro female subs, and dominants.  And there is a difference between prostitute and pro sub.
