One of the ways I went about losing a bunch of weight was walking to and from work. It was only a mile each way (normally not in the snow, and only up hill on the way home), but, I also was on my feet all day at work, moving, lifting, sweating (kitchen work), and what I think helped is that I had ankle and wrist weights on almost constantly. But yeah, walk some, whenever you can, get some ankle weights too, they're cheap. It's amazing what that little difference can make, walking 2 miles per day, instead of driving it. I need to start doing that again though, I've gotten lazy and fat again. >.<
