Hard to prejudge this one. I would think the ultimate culpability would land in the lap of whoever provided the keys and the instructions to the dwelling. Reallistically, if all the condos were the same and he just hit the wrong one, and they were all for sale from the assn., they should just switch deeds. This is easily accomplished in court after a hearing proving whom was actually negligent in the matter. However this might not be the case if there was a substantial difference in what he bought and what he thought he bought. If that is the case, it bears further investigation because there might have been fraud involved. They could show the best one to everyone and sell them what they sell them, so the posiibility exists. But how they thought they would ever get away with it is beyond me unless they are stupid. It would be intersting to see the ultimate court decision in this matter. Like many others though, we all have a short memory. What happened to that guy last month who ............. ? In other words this too shall pass on to oblivion. T
