Hello and thank you for reading. After reading many articles about useage, some pros and cons, i purchased my first set of BenWa balls and wonders if anyone on here has first hand experiences to share please. Currently these are medium size glass with a flower inside, not much of a challange keeping them in, so another question posed is should i go smaller or larger please?

Any advice is greatly apprechiated..

Probably a bit larger. I honestly haven't found them to do much for me, but everyone is different. Good luck!

Thank you LP... I suppose it could go either way with larger or smallers ones to hold onto... will more than likely do both eventuially.. just because i can :)

NP! I said bigger because the bigger they are, the heavier they are which is what makes them difficult to keep inside and also what is supposed to cause the pleasurable sensations. Smaller ones are going to be lighter, easier to keep in, and have less effect. Good luck!

Thanks again... the toy store here as large as it is, did not have any chiming ones or ones with weights/balls inside.. Online shopping here i go :) Makes sense LP about the larger ones... was debating if the smaller ones would take more muscle to hold onto, but the weight factor seems to make more sense..

The ones i have make a noise when i walk and i always wonder if anyone else hears it and knows what it is.  I don't get a lot of stimulation from the balls but i do from just being told to wear them.[:)]

Mine make a little tinkling noise but you can only hear it if like, I'm doing jumping jacks while your head is near my waist or crotch.

My boyfriend has sent me off to school with them in. I love feeling them moving around inside me as I go through the day.

i have a small set and a medium set, the small set i have a tend to push out, the medium set are easier to keep in but i don't really feel them.

Try going to an Asian gift store. I bought some medicine balls in an Asian store that are about 2" in diameter.

As to whether to go larger or smaller, I guess it depends on what you are trying to accomplish? You mentioned weighted ones?

I have the most embarassing story about Ben Wa balls.  One of the first dates that we went out on, we were sitting at lunch and He handed my a gift.  I opened it and it was Ben Wa balls.  I was instructed to go into the restoom and put them in.  I had NEVER had any experience with them before this.  I went to the restroom and put them in (correctly I thought).  I need to mention that I was also instructed not to wear panties that day.  A little while later we went to the movies and just as I was about to sit down...out they popped and proceeded to bounce ever so slightly down to the front of the theater.  He just simply said to me...be right back.  He went and found them and gave them back to me.  I thought that I would just die on the spot.  It has been almost 9 years since that happened and we still laugh about it.

TIP-Get the right size for you!

i have a pair and rarely use them. i personally find golf balls more enjoyable.
