I am going to assume this is a real question--
Going back to My New Orleans cop days and having rescued more than a few alternative lifestyle people from "predicaments"----(I may get disagreed with here but...)---there are a few reflexes that have to be dealt with: breath, swallow, chew, and saliva development---those things happen differently when the mouth is empty or filled---there is no way to ensure:
No choking
No biting
The mouth will get wetter or drier depending on the length of time--mucous can build up--and breath can change--My recommendation is tie them in that positon, but allow them complete movement to let the penis fall out of the mouth--then use the whip to keep them "at it"---more fun, more sadism, but you will have living subs when you are done.
IMHO and yes when I was a cop I have had to put part of a penis on ice as we raced to the hospital---not a fun time--
