The object here is to collectively develop a coherent story by adding one or two lines of lyrics from a well known song so that they form a sentence or part of a sentence which develops the story further from the previous lyrics.

For example:

'In the town where I was born..' (Beatles/Yellow Submarine)
'Mary had a little lamb..' (nursery rhyme)
'who was the skipper of the Irish Rover' (Pogues/Dubliners - Irish Rover)

So okay, here's the opening...

'Day after day, alone on a hill....'

(the Beatles, 'Fool on the hill')

I assemble all the sand that cover wedding beaches,
To build a castle so your mom would have a place to stay.
Behind the water slide and down the hill where heaven reaches,
Land and time is left to float away.

(Sound of Pulling Heaven Down by Blue October)
