Given the current space inside the collar with my name on it where a girl should be I've been trying to think if there has been anything ritual-wise I've done consistantly with them in the past. Most things have been particular to just that girl or maybe one or two, but they have tended to happen/be implimented as a natural part of the individual dynamic between myself and that particular girl.
The only one I can think of that I tend to bring in regardless is the kneeling protocol. I had a girl who found it difficult to actualy ask for things that she wanted or to express herself other than when I directly ordered her to do so.
If I have something to say to a girl formaly (Such as explaining what they have done that has displeased me) I tend to have them kneel at my feet whilst I do so.
I used the same ritual, she was used to that being used for communication so gave her permission to place herself there and wait for me to acknowledge her before asking for something or initiate a discussion about something SHE wanted to talk about.
It gave her confidence the boost she needed, the 'permission' she needed and definatly helped communication. I've tended to impliment that one ever since with most girls.
