Well, I would like to thank all of you for the good information. It made me think about it more. I wonder how those "professional" practitioners in the BDSM dungeons can protect themselves against any case of being sued in court for such acts. Its really strange to find that these things are not sorted out and that they are not professional in there work. Also, I wonder if anyone experienced such case where he found him/herself accused or it was going to happen. You can think of it as blackmailing doms/dommes to pay money just to hold silent. Which is another type of financial dominance.

I'll just offer the conclusion that bringing suit against a pro-dom(me) would be foolhardy and unlikely to succeed.

I'm certainly not experienced in that realm to know for sure, however, I would think having a video, audio, or live witness to observe that the activities were being done with consent would help alot. Obviously this wouldn't stop all potential issues that could arise should the person later claim something was done without consent, but it would certainly make one think twice before making an accusation later whereby the things that transpired could become public record in a court case.

A there is NO LEGAL CONTRACT for enslavement. I use APoA (Absolute Power of Attny. to include MEDICAL) for interactions " outside ". B slave accuse you of mistreating them Beat the livin' crap outta them and you had better have a ton of videos showing "consent" before you go to trial............ Believe me, the absolute LAST thing you want is for video of your scene to be shown in front of a vanilla jury. Also, any indication that you knew that there would be possible legal consequences of your actions, and you did them anyway, will prove premeditation and will hurt your case.

But you can get very close, depending on local laws and jurisprudence. Some areas even have marriages that are functionally the same. I did look into this some time ago as a kink thing, and as a matter of personal sovereignty (what good is freedom if you aren't free to hand away your freedom?). Having a better idea of the situation and the area you are in would be useful. Feel free to PM about it, if you like. Anyway, what jurisdicton are you in? Health, al-Aswad.
