Ask a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon. The bones, apart from the jaw bone and the cartillage in the nose, are not an issue. The skull is denser than a knuckle, which is denser than regular bone, and regular bone can both shatter bricks and restrain a starting jet engine. No way is your mistress both capable of moving under her own muscle and exerting that kind of pressure on the dense bone itself. The jaw, however, breaks more easily, and is easily dislocated. The cartillage in the nose breaks easily, but is also easily repaired (though there is a risk of permanent disfiguration, particularly if you can't afford to have the best job done). Facial soft tissue, however, can be pulled off with the hands. As such, it is a good idea to know where to step, and where not to step. Obviously, the eyeballs are extremely sensitive. The lips break easily and can be cut against the teeth. You should not be doing it with her wearing high heels, as the pressure may be sufficient to break the skin. How much "pull" the skin can take is something I can't answer, as I never place my full body weight on anyone's face. I keep one foot on the ground, and make sure my balance is good enough to exert fine control, and I stay barefoot. Another point to consider is the neck. It's easy to forget that the skull, being round, is inclined to roll. That means that excessive pressure on the skull will cause it to move in this direction or that, provided the direction of the pressure is anything other than straight down, and even then there can be some strain. The neck can handle an enormous amount of stress under the right conditions. But if the stress is of the wrong kind (e.g. in the wrong direction, or rapidly shifting), the neck is also surprisingly easy to damage or break. When you watch a face standing movie, it is often the case that the actors are highly skilled, or are using tricks to make it seem as if their full weight is in use while in fact it is not. Also, a first aid kit is likely to be on hand. Educate yourself, and enlist the aid of a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon in finding out what you need to know. Depending on the nature of your interest in this, it may be possible to fulfill the fantasy without actually standing on the face with full body weight. For instance, it may be possible to exert pressure while sitting, or with one foot on the ground, or with one foot on some other part of your anatomy (you choose... just make sure you know what you're doing, as always). Often, it can be the case that it is better to start off slow, rather than jump into it with both feet (pardon the pun). Learn to crawl, then to stand, then to run, then to run down stairs in high heels, not the other way around. HTH. Health, al-Aswad.
