look, I have been "out" in my ANTI-Partisanship, and I just ask Spinner and Kitten and Tazzy to try to not lose respect for me if I on occasion say and believe something that supports part of the precepts  and posts of Sanity or Hereticus Blasphemus  Bobi Liatucus inda Closeticus and Kirata ne Lacessit,

but I ask my "Lib" friends here to respect that I am, in my own way, trying to help us not shoot ourselves in the foot.

that's my caveat.  Leaving that caveat aside for a moment...

this "judge" paints us ALL with the same brush.

the only thing to do here, for  ALL of us, is to disown this fucker as people on CM rater than folks outside of this site or b-com. You, me, Litten, tazzy and Sanity wiull ALL be tarred with this brush because the Gen Y tapeworms in media jobs in both PBS AND Fox DON'T CARE.

I mean we've spoken about "divide and conquer" before, in SO many threads. If we "fall into place like dominoes" here and in other threads we are being diviedd and conquered because lemme tell ya, comics, publishing co's and TV prodco's ALL look at HERETIC, KITTENSOL, SPIINER and SANITY as being in the same boat.

I think we are missing the constitutional issue here. The constitution forbids the imposition of cruel and unusual punishment. Spankings for felony convictions is not necessarily cruel...but it sure is unusual.

Well, let's look at this a little closer.

If saying anything derogatory about Fox News is partisan, doesn't that imply Fox News is partisan?

Otherwise, what would partisans on the other side have to criticize?

Can we get a clarification here, CD....just in the interests of clarity? Are you saying:

a) Fox news, CBS, NBC, MSNBC (although that PMSNBC is just as cute after a hundred thosand repititions as the first time I heard it) are ALL incredibly partisan?

b) are you saying that CBS, NBC, MSNBC and Fox are NOT partisan?

or

c) That CBS, NBC, MSNBC are partisan but Fox is not, being as fair and balanced as any "MSM" outlet can be?

Please..let us know how you see the media world.
