Yep. I got a new head unit for my car and I love it. Plays CD, MP3 and WMA file formats, built in EQ3 with 6 presets and 2 customs, front aux port to connect my MP3 player or phone to it, it is a Sony, and only cost 79.99 for the unit. Now the install cost 101.00 but I had all the connections changed so I can do any swap outs in the future.

I thought I had some speakers that were blown, but the new head unit has no crackling coming from any speakers or the sub. I forgot how much I liked music while driving.

Had to share, since I rarely splurge on myself.

Yeah I knew I would get some of ya. I am almost orgasmic that I am now transfering my entire MP3 Library which is currently 8.34 GB onto CD's so that all of my music can go with me. I am also building playlists so that my MP3 player can be used for playlists. I have a long road trip coming up, and will not have to worry about popping CD's in and out.

For those that are wondering, I got it from Best Buy online, which saved me $30 off the store price, and then took it to their install department the same day.

I am a smoker, and usually kick back on my large deck, but since yesterday I have been going to the car to crank it up. Have not listened to my Orgy, Frontline Assembly, and Ministry in a long time. Then have it followed by Ella Fitzgerald/Louise Armstrong and Marvin Gaye. I am such a music whore.

Oh I don't plan on stopping. I buy at least one cd a week. Need to replace the collection I once had, and get some of the new stuff I want.
