I am on a tight budget so would like some ideas of what to use when dealing with CBT, i would love something that opens and keeps his thighs apart so he can see it coming and cant stop it, any ideas? as what I have seen most thigh spreaders are around £45 and even then you could close your knees together to prevent anything happening. Is there any household items which could be used instead??? any ideas??

There are numerous variation of the Ab Cruncher thingy that can often be found at thrift stores and modified to work. People are always buying these things and never using them.

Unlike a straight pole spreader bar, these things don't get in the way as much, and offer a wider variety of potential lashing points and positions.

Just make sure she's flexible enough and isn't going to pull a muscle, because they aren't that adjustable in terms of width without a little imagination, such as the addition of sliding brackets to create movable lashing points.

I like the Wieder: it folds up, and you can actually turn the handles in the opposite direction.

You could always tie them apart with rope.

The simplest thing I can think of is find an old broom with a wooden handle, cut the ends of the handle to the desired length, drill holes in the ends and put in an eye bolt in each end. Just place and tie the limbs.

Thanks for the msgs some great stuff do like the ad crucher idea as ebay will have those for next to nothing and the home made spreader is my 2nd option if i cant find one. Prob with the tieing legs apart is rope burn and also where too? normal positions an't next to anything which is strong enough and wont move to hold them apart

I simple spreader that allows multiple approaches is a triangle made from three lenths fo two by twos. Tie two together and rest his head in the angle. Tie the other pience so that it spreads the first two to a comfortable (for you) angle. Tie each hand to the extensions beyond the had angle. Tie the lower legs to the extensions beyond the spreader piece. That should leave him in full view of whatever you intend and leave his cock and balls fully exposed for your use.

Cheap and easy.....run rope through a piece of 2" pvc pipe, cut at the desired length to fit between the thighs/knees. Tie either end around the leg and taadaa. You can drill end caps for the pipe and run through that, just so there is no chance of rough edges rubbing against the leg, though my first design just has foam pipe insulation taped on the ends.

Was able to pick up a Ab Cruncher at a charity shop for £2.50 or $4.09, so i now have my thigh spreader and im looking forward to using it! Thanks all for your help, some great ideas

Something a bit heavier if you want: get a car scissor jack from a wrecking yard. You can attach wood pads to top and bottom with straps attached, and crank away. Makes for a good, if not very wide, ankle spreader too. I think mine cost a total of about $10.

I prefer nylon straps, available by the foot at military surplus stores in a variety of widths, weights and colors. They distribute the pressure more evenly, less chance of cutting off the circulation, and less possibility of rope burn - unless that's a thing for you.

Rope is fun, and possibly more aesthetically pleasing, but I worry about leaving it too long, even with multiple wrappings it tends to cinch down and takes time to untie - straps are more practical, more easily adjusted once applied, and you can also purchase quick release buckles for various widths.
