Please accept my apologies. My personal experience makes me forget sometimes...Things are not the same everywhere and there are exceptions to everything.

i've known people over the years to be caught having sex on a park bench, bike path in a park beneath a tree, or in a car or on the courthouse steps (noway, it wasn't me and you've no proof of it) and they're not on the list...

i'm sure there are other ways to get on there, as judges usually have some control over these things if they feel it is necessary. i'm just saying in my area at least, you'll likely not end up on a sex offender registry for getting caught doing a little public "public play", as long as you're consenting adults and not doing these things in front of children, you know, common sense things.

Back on topic-
LP nailed it for me. The term "public play" usually refers to BDSM activities at clubs, parties, and kinky events. "Playing in public" is more likely to be that another matter, the schtuff that can get you in deep do-do with the law if you aren't careful.

I see now that I need to be more specific when I mention that I do not enjoy Public Play. I always held public activities (even private public activities) seperate from activites done at a munch, club, or party. So when I tell a Master who is considering me to be their sub that I do not enjoy Public Play I always have referred to all of those activites I listed in my first post. I have always enjoyed going to munchies and participating, but I do not enjoy bdsm activites in a public setting where others are not like-minded. There has always been an issue with this between me and any Dominant. I thought I made it clear from the beginning that I do not enjoy fingering myself behind bathroom stalls, that I want to wear bras under my shirts while shopping, and that I don't want to give them a bj while in a movie theatre. So when they go and try to push me to do these things I get a little frizzled because I had thought that we had already agreed to no Public Play.

In the future I now know to be more specific so that there is no confusion, and I will revise my definition of what Public Play refers to.

Nobody is in a tizzy you're the one who's now becoming rude and snarky. Perhaps if you perceive us all who replied to you, to be in a tizzy you need to step away from the computer and see to some real life issues for a while instead of imagining tizzies where there are none. It will certainly suit your use of time better.

And no she wasn't in college she was 17 in high school and on parole for the sex act in school, I believe it was, since I didn't really pay much close attention to the case,

There are age guidelines per state for consensual sex. In my state it is 16 and not more than 2 years age difference between the parties who are getting horizontal (oh i should clarify my slang so no one gets in a tizzy about that, i dont mean only horizontal...they can be doing it doggy style, woman on top, standing up or any other way, the rule is still the same)
As far as someone being on parole and in school (college i am assuming? because parole implies they've just gotten out of PRISON) and if they didn't do what they were required to do as part of their sentence, well, duh!

For me, Public play does not need to be connected to bdsm to be public play. You could go to a dungeon and not bring out a single kinky toy or impliment, hell you can do things termed vanilla, and vanilla only, and still be playing in public since you are engaging in what you're doing in a space that's not your private home.
