Change of diet. If you like beer make sure to have one right before bedtime. You will have to go pee. Beer is actually a dieuretic. I will detail my illness later, but as of late my swelling has gone down. It is strange, some days I swear I barely drink 36ox of liquid, that means beer, but I have to pee every two hours at night. It breaks up my my sleep, but my feet feel alot better. The prblem is I don't know exactly what triggered this, it may have been just a stage of recovery, see I did not go to any docs or anything. Beer, seasalt water, vinegar, pickle juice, V8, anything like that right before bed might help. I had this problem and it is abating. I eat normally now, unlike how I used to. I drink alot less, but you have to realize that I was really sick andf it did take alot out of me. My system seems to ahve adjusted itself, but I am not sure if it was an imbalance or a pathenogen. Evidence from the house indicates it may have been black mold. That has been abated and I have been on the rise ever since. More on this later, but the main thing is to learn to drink less and keep on pissing. You will piss. When you have a low fluid intake it may seem sensitive, even burn a bit, but try to put up with it. See how it goes. Everybody else wants you to go see a doc, I will not say that but I will not say not to either. Within the entire CM community I doubt there is one other person with similar background and body chemistry I have. I can no longer recommend for others what I have done myself. I would say though, to try every natural dieuretic possible before taking any pills. Beer, vinegar, saline, sometimes even certain soups. Different things work for different people. Give it a try, if after that you need to get injected, inspected, dejected, rejected and whatever else ected (shades of Arlo Guthrie), then do so. Without much hesitation. T
