Okay, my dom and I have been together for almost two years now, and have been 24/7 for some time. However, nothing has ever really been made official...it is more like we just decided to and did. On our anniversary, I really want to do somehting kind of formal for him...to make it really official and everything you know? If you had a girl who was going to try to do this, whether you want to call it begging a collar or however you think of it, how would you want her to do it? Any ideas or thoughts will help. Thanks.

Two years and not even a collar eh?

A good hint to him would be to start looking at some collars on the internet and asking him what he thinks each one would look like on you.

Rings are still out of the question if the "M" word has yet to be mentioned. Looking at them might cause him to tuck tail and run. If this happens just because you looked at some collars, well it sounds like it's time for you to look on to someone wanting something a little more serious. You're young and have plenty of time.

No Bullshit ! unless you want to be let down or felt like he is minimizing your thought.

You should have a conversation with him and tell him you would like the anniversary to be special AND YOU WOULD LIKE SOMTHING TO MAKE YOUR RELATIONSHIP OFFICIAL.

You have a desire, talk to him about it. If you were my sub and had a desire that you were keeping from me I would be very disappointed. I understand this is one of them things you wish he would do with out you prodding, But here is a news flash, "it aint a perfect world and he STILL can't read your mind.

If you surprize him with begging for a collar... You might be surprized by him saying NO!

are your ready to hear NO... if you can't hear NO... THEN DON't ASK!

However, maybe you should ask on where he sees the relationship going? What is his expectations, goals, thoughts and feelings... this discussion could give you the very things you need. Ask questions, but be prepared to hear what you don't like!
