I have tried building a profile on Collarme a few times now, and each time I go through the sign-up process, fill in the blanks, answer the questions, and each time I end up with "Profile Not Found". I have emailed support with no reply. Any suggestions?

Have you checked to see if you have your profile hidden or unhidden?

You've probably clicked the hide profile box by mistake, it's easy enough to do.
