We're looking for a 1/2inch, locking leather collar/choker for a smaller female neck.
Many stores (e.g. stockroom) sell 1/2inch collars, but none of them are locking.

Any pointers?

You can custom make your collar, they have lots of fun options, and they have locking buckles!
