I admit it is every now and again amazing for me how they still find bombs over here from the IIWW... I admit currently they deal with 2 bombs in Hannover, where one of them is said to be safe, whereas the other one still is being figured out. I admit I hope for the locals involved...that it won't cause as much damage again, as it was the case in Munich http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-19400974 last year...

I admit thats a cute image Ash...you living in such a bunker.... I admit it whilst I always get a bit nervous when I read that they found a new one and make it safe....that it is interesting to read where they were coming from....so that the one in munich was from America whereas the one in Hannover which isn't named as safe yet is from the UK... I admit it feels a bit like travelling back into the history of that awful time... I admit I wish Ash all the best that he gets out there...as we all know...the time that he gets out there is way overdue...

I admit I finally completed a page in the incredible important book "My kindergarden friends" [8\|] which a girl gave me before I went off sick... I admit I am glad I accomplished this task...as I kept avoiding it due to the demand of adding a picture from myself in it and to draw a picture as well... I admit I finally found a suitable picture from me and added a nice postcard into it...instead of drawing....as that's still better than to place my own hands on such stuff [&:] I admit I am glad to get rid of that one tomorrow [:)] I admit it is time to jump into the bath tub and then to go off to bed....Good Night [:)][:)][:)]

I admit I'm very happy for all who are trying to improve their health in the New Year :) I also am trying to "do the right thing". It's not easy lol. I admit I feel bad for those w/ the colds/flu's. It's never fun being under the weather! I admit I wish I could send homemade chicken soup to anyone needing it! but...you do have my well wishes :)

I admit it I am giving up now on my goal to "sleep"....it is almost 4.30am now and my first alarm clock would start ringing at 6am....and by now I am getting seriously scared not to hear it on time, even with the fact that it would ring every 5 minutes up until 8am (ideally I am leaving at 7.45...) I admit therefore....I am hating even more my first day back at work today cause 21 kids jollying around ain't much fun when I am fully awake and even less fun when I am pretending to be awake cause in reality I will just be yearning my bed by then....and it gets worse when my colleague will leave me on my own from 2pm until 5.30pm [8\|] I admit I just had way too many not so great memories spinning around in my head this night...but well...I am sure I will sleep with no problems at all tonight [8\|] I admit on the positive side...I am having plenty of time now to prepare my detox juices for today [8\|] yay [8\|] just let it be 5.30pm really fast today....please...[&:]

I admit I'm receiving spinal injections tomorrow in hopes of getting a handle on this RSD of the right leg/foot, by nerve block. I admit they say it's more likely to be effective if done withing 4-6 months of the initial injury. I admit it's been four and one half years since the initial injury. I admit I could use a boatload of prayers about 2:30 p.m., Mountain Central Time, tomorrow, that the injections be completely effective. I admit if it's not, I don't much fancy the idea of needing a cane and ankle/foot outer hardware the rest of my life.

I admit good luck to Dusky and to Ash. I admit I have given up on sleep as well. I admit I am hoping someone calls with a job interview this week. It's been too long. I admit it's time to get in hardcore job search once again now that it's the new year and I only have one class left after this semester till I finish my associates degree. I admit it's also time to start really looking into scholarships since my military college benefits run out early next year unless I can appeal and plead with them for a year extension. I admit I've given in to the dreaded sleeping pills that I've been trying not to take and have not in two weeks or so. [&o] I admit I'm tired of not sleeping. I admit I hope it kicks in soon.

I admit thank you Needles I admit after my thing with sleeping pills I am wary of them and refuse to take them, I hope you get the sleep you need LW... I admit all this food talk makes me hungry but none of you are having anything I can eat :-( I admit hugs to all those that need them..
