I admit that my mum told me to wear gloves yesterday, and I laughed, saying I don't wear gloves until it hits -15 Celcius (5 Fahrenheit) or do up my coat until it hits -20 Celcius (-4 Fahrenheit). It seemed chilly walking my son to school, so I did my coat up, and checked the temperature when I got home: -24 Celcius (-11 Fahrenheit)! Good to know my internal thermometer is working but danggggg.....

I admit that my girl is going to see a chiropractor today. She needs to; something popped out of place in a very bad way over the weekend, when she was in a minor car accident. I admit that I've been worried about her and fussing over her. Sometimes geography sucks. [&o]

I admit, I forgot to admit (cuz I've actually been busy with life shit) that I got the job I really REALLY wanted and start on Thursday the 24, like in two days!!!!

I admit, my current boss did not take my resignation earlier this month well AT ALL. It was not easy.

I admit, my new job will likely keep me actually doing work, during the work day. Unlike this place has.

I admit, not commuting for 2 hours a day, the very idea is pure heaven. My new job is 10 minutes away from home!

I admit, ladies, don't give up! If this 50almost51 year old broad with limited education can do it, so can you! I simply had to give myself a deadline, make it a priority, and 'sell me'.

I admit.......No. Out of the printing business and that is a very good thing.

My skills are largely on the people side of things rather than the technical. Technical stuff is easy for me.......computers, software, whatever. I am a multi-tasking dynamo as well. My biggest strengths tend to be the more undefined. Figuring out the big picture, seeing what is priority, able to switch gears in mid stream if needed......and believe it or not......I am great with people. I do a mad impersonation of being a great team leader without even trying or realizing.

My biggest problems tend to be when I am not challenged, when I have too much time on my hands and not enough to keep the brain occupied. Hence my time here, during the day. I like to have to push myself, almost scare myself with a task, make it nearly overwhelming. Just to conquer it. Otherwise I tend to get bored.

The job I have now has always been disgustingly easy. BUT, for a long time it paid great and was worth the commute and hassle. Then the company started the slow painful death that most printing companies are experiencing. I realized I needed to bail while I was still marketable rather than stick around till the bitter end.

I mean really some of us got some wanking to do ...
have in mind that i dont have (great power company) & when i got power .. there is a lot to be done..

I admit from 11.30 onwards I was sent back to my group at work...yay...haven [:)]

I admit, though, working life gets boring there with most of the time working on my own there due to either not having a colleague or the colleague being sick....our group has just way worse conditions than the other group and is one of a few reasons I am open minded to leave as well....if something else comes along [:)]

I admit, though, it was nice, to be greeted nicely by the parents from our kids, who did not expect me there today [:)]

I admit therefore....for now I remain working in kindergarden in the morning [:'(] and in my group from 11:30 onwards [:)]

I admit I hope my colleague N will not stay at home to get properly healthy...as otherwise my return to my group might be short lived again [&o]

I admit some parents asked me today if I will be back now from february onwards and whilst I would have loved to scream "yes"...the truth is....I don't know....as that will be the decision from the overall manager [:'(][:'(][:'(] though if she keeps me longer at that current place then she just makes it easier for me to say good bye, once I found a better job to move on to [:)]

I admit that Lizard woke me up from my nap, being hyper. Her grant money has come in and she went ahead and paid her tuition, got the rest of her books and is on her way to Best Buy to get a laptop. She will pick up money orders on the way back home to pay me back for all the airtime and books that I brought her. She is even buying airtime for Bo's cellphone as a gesture of good faith.

I admit that she is asking for a Japanese tutor. She has 19 pages of homework due tomorrow night and just got the workbook today.

I admit that when the money that she sends to me comes in, I am starting a savings account.

I admit I try not to sleep during the day but sometimes it's impossible when you haven't slept for about two days and you just crash.

I admit the first day of trial in jury duty today already had me in tears. It's going to be a challenging couple of weeks!

I admit I'm really liking not having to stress over work this week.

I admit I had dinner with a former boss tonight and she asked if I'd be interested in coming back to her team...in a higher position.

I admit she's an awesome woman and we talked for nearly 5 hours tonight - whew - marathon!

I admit my sister is starting to get out with friends and do things she hasn't been able to do in a very long time, and this makes me smile a lot. I admit she asked if I could babysit later this week so she can go see the Norman Rockwell exhibit at the local museum and I said absolutely, because I love that she's starting to do and enjoy things for herself for a change.

My SIL just called me. Baby M and little J are sick and she is running them to the doctor this morning. Baby M was looking forward to being with us today but whatever she got has reared its ugly head.
