i admit, aries, we're looking at a peugeot convertible, 2002 - i'm willing to bring forward my mid-life crisis for that car! i admit, also looking at slightly more sensible used mazda 3's, etc. i admit, if anyone has had any problems with those cars, will they tell me?

I admit that Mom ran over baby M's rose bush the other day while mowing. She got so upset about it. She picked up a new bush yesterday with buds already coming out of it. We will plant it today or tomorrow. I admit that Mom had an area of a lump on her left rib cage, hurting her. We are getting an ultrasound done today and if nothing shows up, a CT scan later. I admit that great-aunt G is getting her affairs in order. Mom is planning to see her within the next 2 weeks when she is in the hospital doing chemo. I admit that my knee is killing me. I have to go down the stairs carefully and it hurts when I get up or sit down. I wonder when I have torn this ligament. I have had knee pain since '86.

I admit that Mr's car is still sitting in the shop NOT getting fixed. I admit our mechanic is having trouble getting through to the warranty company to see if the problem is covered. I admit this means I am stuck at home because Mr has to take my truck to work. I admit this 1 car bullshit blows chunks and I HATE IT! I admit I don't want to have to spend 2k to replace the transmission if I don't have to so they need to answer their damned phone! I admit I fried my antique vibrator at BL and didn't discover it was toast till yesterday. (I think we melted something) SHE'S DEAD JIM!! OH NO GET THE PADDLES....WAIT, WHAT?! I admit I'm a cranky camper now LOL I admit I'm gonna take it over to the guy who owns the sew and vac place and see if he can fix it for me when I get my damned truck back. I admit that I have been looking at classic hot rod kit cars... I admit that I have found 32-34 chevy coupe and delivery bodies. I admit that the roller kit (body, chassis, wheels, tires, electrical and brakes) are not as expensive as I figured. I admit that I am sad that no one offers an electrical systems that is PRE electronic ignition. I admit that I know jack shit about electronic ignition systems.

I admit, my eyes are finally healing. 'Bout time! I admit, I'm really liking my new job, even though my coworker still drives me a bit batty at times. But we're learning to work together (I probably drive her batty, too) I admit, I got my hair done tonight and the color looks great. I admit, lately it seems not one night goes by when my mother doesn't call, needing or wanting something. I admit, I sometimes forget she'll be 80 this year, even though she doesn't look or act like it (usually) so I have to remind myself of that when I'm starting to feel impatient. I admit I haven't turned my TV on all week.

I admit that we need a new fridge...this one is producing ice and it does not have an ice maker. It leaks also. I admit that I am seeing the specialist about my knee Tuesday. Been massaging it and being careful getting up and down. I admit that one of Mom's relatives had a stroke yesterday. She is in LSU Shreveport because of something was discovered on her brain and Alexandria did not had the know how to deal with it. It was thought to be a walnut sized tumor. I admit that we got sunshine but it is 42 degrees...hopefully this is the last cold snap. I admit we are having something with hamburger tonight...hopefully one of the helpers or spaghetti. She also got out the pull apart bread.

I admit today I heard in the news that a new party is about going to emerge with the aim to get rid of the Euro over here... I admit I can see that people get interested in them and am curious about the election this year... I admit I am going off to bed....is just no purpose to stay away for longer today...

I admit.. I made a quick decision on Thursday to travel back to PA. I admit.. It has to do with my Mom. I admit.. The ticket should have cost over $1200 because of short notice, but I bought more miles for $75 and got the whole round-trip for less than half! woo hoo! I admit.. I'm weary about the travel, but it's what needs to be done. I admit.. The Mister isn't happy about it, but he's being supportive either way. I admit.. That's why I love him so much. I admit.. On that front.. I think we have some things worked out, and my heart doesn't feel as heavy. I admit.. I'm glad NV likes her new job and her eyes are healing! I admit.. I'm glad Ash is still safe. I also admit, I'm part of a dog rescue network and I'm always placing pledges on Red Alert dogs as the groups try to pull them from the shelters before they are killed. I admit it's kind of sad because the majority of dogs I put pledges on never make it out of the shelter. I admit, because of that, I pledged on a LOT of dogs this month. I admit, the good news is that nearly all those dogs were pulled before they were killed. YAY!! The bad news is that I seem to be spending more time on PayPal sending money off than ever before! But it's all for good, if not a little shocking to my account this month. ETA: The other crazy news is for some reason I thought THIS week was pay week, and lived as though it were. And it wasn't. OOPS.
