I admit... Yesterday was my one year anniversary of moving to the wonderful state of CA.

I admit... We had an "anniversary" dinner together last night, and it was wonderful.

I admit... We continued our "anniversary" celebration by enjoying a lake nearby and some other outdoor activities.

I admit... I kicked his butt in horse shoes! 2 out of 3 (games) ain't bad... [:D]



I admit... The new job is going really well.

I admit... My boss has already received multiple compliments about me, and she is pleasantly surprised.

I admit... She says something like that in one breath, and then talks about my soon to be part-time status in the next.

I admit... She seems to have very little back bone, and let's other dictate how HER department should be run.

I admit... I requested a meeting with HR prior to signing any new agreement.




I admit... My brother-in-law had a scary health episode happen last night...actually... the last couple days leading up to a big event last night.

I admit... I'm glad my Mom was there to help.

I admit... I'm glad he's okay, but I'm also glad that I'm not there... so I'm not guilted into my obligatory sisterly "helping hand" duties.

I admit... I would gladly take the 1.5 year old for a week if it would help.. but only if he came to CA. [:D]




I admit... Healing thoughts to those who need them... and good thoughts for everyone else.

I admit I'm posting this from a chilly cabin in upstate New York, instead of enjoying the stars. Only reason I'm on is to see if my connection here works and it does. Happy Memorial Day, everybody. Thanks Dad, Uncle Don, Richie, Bobby, Edward, and Pat. Because of you guys, I'm not writing this in German or Japanese.

I admit this was the second day of wax shots.

I admit they were taken with a different wax bottom.

I admit I'm glad we started earlier in the day so we wouldn't finish quite so late.

I admit F and I got a fair amount of my flat done this weekend but I am glad that he will come back next weekend to carry some more stuff down in my garage.

I admit, though, most of next weekend we will be spending time, driving down to italy, from friday early morning until sunday, and I am looking forward to it [:)]

I admit I lubs this guy and enjoyed our discussion today about moving together at some point next year or the year after...

I admit due to the uncertainty where he will end up in regards to work (his employment got extended for another year and we don't know yet where he will be working then) we still need some patience in that respect....but we both are glad once I left this place here as then I will be living 1 hour closer to him than I am living right now...therefore only 90 minutes apart....instead of 2 and half an hour...

I admit, Dusky, yes, "earthquake" is a good description for my mother. She has a lot of anxiety, is pretty crazy in many senses, and yet as an adult I've learned a lot of wisdom from her. As a child, however, life was chaos.

lw: I hope whatever is troubling you is ok soon. Sending good thoughts.

LP: That candle picture is wicked! I agree with MissToYouRedux, her chest looks sliced open ::shudder::

I admit it's been a really, really good weekend so far. The Mister & I went out late Friday night, then went to a friend's BBQ yesterday - met her family and really liked them. This morning we slept in, then he did a complete overhaul spring cleaning of my patio, while I sipped coffee and just admired him with gratitude in my heart. What a man!! Yesterday we bought a new Weber and today he set it up. The babybacks will be fired up soon! Tomorrow we're going to R&R some more, and I'm making big pot of pasta...I have a feeling it's going to be "Torture NV day" haha....

I admit my life feels very good these days, and I'm filled with gratitude.
