I admit that i will not accept crap from someone who should care about me adding to my stress load with passive aggressive behaviors and telling me i am not a good friend if i try to put up boundaries.

I admit the only reason I attend the "royal command performance" is for my dad's sake. He knows how my sister treats me. He's no happier than me to still have her in laws there.

I admit I don't get to see my dad often enough, so if I have to put up with crap for a few hours, then I'll go. He's 78, seems to be in the very early stages of dementia. I want all the time I can get with him.

I admit he's supported me through some really rough times in the last dozen years or so, I haven't made life easy. The man is my hero.

I admit that my cellist band-mate is very ill and has gone completely into isolation with no communication to anyone for over two weeks. Band-mate #2, her husband, is passing along messages and offers of help with still no word of her condition, as she requested. Band-mate #3 and I are worried about them since they're both cancer survivors and sure as sh*t don't need more ill health in their lives.

I deeply love these people. My heart is broken knowing of their fear and suffering. I feel useless not being allowed to pitch in and help.

I admit that instead of getting a puzzle for mom (the seller did not mail it yet and I ordered it on the 1st), I am getting her sapphire earrings with a pendant. She can bitch at me later but we can find a chain after the holidays when prices are cheaper.

I admit that this above link was the Very First Episode of Simon's Cat I ever saw, back when.

I admit that it has been so long since I was here posting in the forums that I have forgotten how to embed a picture.

I admit that I rode in a 20-yr-old Ford Explorer today with a dog, a baby pig, and a cage with four chickens in it. And my husband.
I admit that we were transporting said creatures to our new homestead at the time.
I admit that it was a good thing that it was warm enough today to ride with the windows partway down. YAY.
