Well, I figured in my experience from the internet and what women have to say about dating sites in general not putting up a picture of my wang put me somewhat above the curve hahaha.

I'm going to do use my first name in my next e-mail to a sub/slave and show how interested I am in her and tell her about myself briefly as long as she has a pic I can see on her profile so I can know if they are ok. and some humur (lol)

Funny aside on point 5. I got my degree in psychology, so, naturally I used to think CBT was Cognitive Behavioural Training. Yeah. I was mistaken on that one ;)

There is a very interesting blog site at Okcupid where they discuss statistics including what words in messages from men to women are most associated with getting replies and starting conversations. Among the most successful was "you mentioned" denoting that the message discusses something specific from their profile.
