Status: offline 		This should not be a big deal, legalize it as per Ron Paul and we need the tax revenue to pay reduce deficits:

Q: In your 1988 campaign you said, “All drugs should be decriminalized. Drugs should be distributed by any adult to other adults. There should be no controls on production, supply or purchase for adults.” Is that still your position?

A: Yeah. It’s sort of like alcohol. Alcohol’s a deadly drug, kills more people than anything else. And today the absurdity on this war on drugs has just been horrible. Now the federal government takes over and overrules states where state laws permit medicinal marijuana 1 for people dying of cancer. The federal government goes in and arrests these people, put them in prison with mandatory sentences. This war on drugs is totally out of control. If you want to regulate cigarettes and alcohol and drugs, it should be at the state level. That’s where I stand on it. The federal government has no prerogatives on this.

What?  I do not even know what that means.  I am interested in attempting to comprehend what you are trying to say.  Could you please restructure your comments in a more understandable fashion?

Are you implying if marijuana is legalized people will go to polls and inject others with drugs?  Are you implying pot smokers will have sex with people in line at the polls?  Are you implying drug users will come out to beat people up?  I am not sure what you mean, fuck the rest of us up?

How have pot smokers fucked anyone up?  Are you a recovering addict?  Do you have anything to support such a claim?

I detect cynicism.  Ask a police officer if he has ever been assaulted by someone on marijuana. You probably will not have one officer claim to have been assaulted.  They have however been offered a lot of cookies, brownies etc.  Watch out for the brownies.  Is wilbeurdaddy wrong?  Yes, but is that anything new?

Now ask a cop if he/she has been assaulted by anyone on booze and get ready for the stories of mayhem.  So we legalize booze and outlaw pot.

Why? Because those financing pot are walking in suits down the streets of our cities and in the halls of justice and make fortunes on pot's illegality.  The profit motive at its best.

Or we could hand out information on how marijuana helps patients going through chemotherapy.

I mean... unless you are pro-making little old ladies who have to take poisons into their bodies on a regular basis have one less pain control option. And oh the poor kids who have to spend their childhoods in hospital beds. Or fuck... just anyone unlucky enough to have a serious and painful medical condition.

Cause... yeah... let's give 'em really addictive pills that are easy to abuse and screw with your body as opposed to something whose biggest risk is lung cancer, the same problem with a legal substance.

Oh the logic...

I wonder what the pay scale for a budtender is?
