this girl just spent the most fabulous weekend with her New Master!

Master Richard arrived on Friday after driving from New Jersey all the way to West Virginia. After a "Safe Call" to Bounty this girl was inspected by Master Richard and found to be acceptable.

Congrats fluffy....your happy news makes me happy!!!!

You know if you move out of state, you may have to pass the proficiency test again. Apparently, when i left NY to come to FL, there were some initial questions about the valididty of my license. As far as i know the WV proficiency is good in VA, but for some reason not the District of Columbia. Check with your local member of Congress' office for more info.
