Some of You know the online journey that Ms.Lockit and I have been on together for the past few weeks has culminated in O/our meeting at her place here in Missouri just two short days ago. ..........
First of all, I hope that for the sake of a few nit-pickers, this thread has found its proper category to be posted under.( I hate to ruffle feathers).lol.
Secondly,and perhaps most importantly, I wanted to share with everyone at CM that sometimes- every now and then, W/we all find something precious and rare. Something that heals wounds, incites imagination and re-fuels the sometimes dwindling fires of O/our lives.
During the course of my life, I've often wondered why many (myself included), never find what it is W/we've been searching for. W/we have been told that perfection in another does not exist, that W/we should simply be grateful for who/what W/we have now, no matter how un-fulfilling.....I personally, have never bought into this line of thinking, and as a result, have been on a constant search who's final destination was/is known, yet devoid of detail and personality. My quest has always been spiritual first- kink second.
I respect everyone no matter what level they may be on, as I too have had to walk the long and sometimes difficult path of self-acknowledgment and realization. Whether Domme/sub or whatever else W/we might like to believe W/we are- in reality, W/we are all simply friends, acquaintances, and fellow human beings on a journey. A journey of discovery in this lifestyle that often assists U/us in finding others of a like mind/spirit. I do believe that LIKE BEGETS LIKE, and even though it may take some time for U/us to recognize that W/we always attract O/our equals, or those working on the same levels as U/us, eventually W/we find O/our true places, and those with whom W/we have the most in common- no matter what side of the fence W/we're on.(D/s). My personal path has been filled filled with some very incredible people/experiences along the way, each of U/us giving/recieving what/who W/we are with each other, and assisting each other along the road of life. Sometimes the step W/we share together is small, taking only a short time to complete together, others are longer, demanding more time/energy to bring full circle. Most often times, finding everything W/we desire in another person is ellusive, so W/we settle for the bits and pieces that W/we find in others along the way,then one day- SUDDENLY- someone enters O/our lives and has an almost complete understanding/appreciation of U/us. W/we have toWhen IT happens, W/we know, feel and have no limitations when opening up to ITS influences and guidance. Life starts revealing its completion to U/us and W/we know beyond a shadow of doubt that rest will be possible, and life once again enjoyed...........
