I have followed all the instructions to close my account and it won't close.

I have asked the support team to intervene but all I get is the canned repsonse. I notice others have had the same problem. Can anyone out there assist with this matter?? Thanks

i think he cant answer you because his account doesnt exist anymore. Maybe he did something right **shrugs**
