I did my 2hr workout last night (1hr strength training & 1hr cardio), had brown rice & green beans along w/a couple chunks of soda bread made w/skim milk [:'(] afterward.

This AM I had a protein shake w/skim milk & a protein bar along w/my regular coffee.

The #'s on the scale REFUSE to DECREASE but my clothes are loose so I'll focus on that instead of the scale...........f**kin' numbers, I hate 'em!!![>:]

again, you are going from massive to mass, if you just gotta have a number you can jack off to, get one of those fat calipers and measure your BMI over time.

A well muscled girl can weigh way out of the normal height weight chart common on the net and look fuckin gangbusters.

VP. i am not sure what your calorie count is but from what you post, it really doesn't seem like you are eating enough, especially if your body is building muscle. Your body may be making muscle but if you want the numbers to go down on the scale --- be sure they really need too -- from what you post it doesn't seem like you are eating enough and your body may not be as excited to release the fat.

I thought of that too, Angel.

I really don't eat that much during the week & have a cheat day on the weekend but even then it's minimal. I'll have to try & start eating 5-6 times a day again. I did that when I was boxing but it was really hard, mainly because I compulsively brush my teeth after eating/drinking & I just didn't feel like brushing my teeth 6 times a day! lol

Yeah its hard to eat that much. Also, try ditching the protein bars for a while and start eating actualy protein of food - not the bars or shakes or powder. The reason i say this is because over the years i have heard that those types of bars can cause stalls and such. If the numbers start moving again and you incorporate the protein back in through bars and powders etc, you will know how they effect you.

Also, i know many people don't understand atkins, but the process it uses is actually really smart. It starts you out at very basic and then has you start incorporating TYPES of food back into your overall diet and you are able to see how the certain foods effect you -- many people find nuts causes them to stall or plateau, others find some fruits do etc. Maybe something you are eating is causing your body to have a reaction that effects the numbers.

get that gum for dentures instead of brushing, it freshens your mouth and makes your teeth feel cleaner.

Last night I did an 1.5 hours. My muscles needed a break from the increase in weights the night before so I only did about 20 minutes on the weights mainly on the upper body. I focused the remaining time on cardio & increased my resistance on the eliptical so it looked like I was walking in quicksand uphill..............Good Times!!![;)]
For dinner I had some stale soda bread & clear broth.
For b'fast I had coffee & a small slice of banana bread. I brought plenty to munch on throughout the day.

Well, as a Master of slaves you would be self-removing most of my punishments.

Why's the shit gotta be stale?

Know what is good? Get a couple plants of celery, cut in spoon size chunks, and simmer in chicken broth (you can put roasted garlic in there too and onion) goddamn good and filling (and little calorie soup)

Lol, it's stale because I made it! That's the effect I have on food when I cook[;)]
I agree w/the chopped celery simmering in broth but it has to be veggie broth for me.
I made grocery list of high protein foods for my Peapod delivery on Sat. & will be packing my mini-meals for next week's chow down.

I wish I could pull of gold spandex.. but then again can anyone lol... geez member when tube tops were in lol! Actually I still have my roller skates I had as a teen.. must say they are dazzlers.. white with purple glittered wheels hehe
