You want to get out of collarchat (the forums) and back to the sign in page (collarme). Sign in and then down at the very bottom of the page there's a way to contact support. Those are the people you should contact. The mods here just police the boards.

No no! Nothing like that! More along the lines of "Gee, I'd like to add a MUD tailored to CM" or something like that :)
