I am blown away with how many scammers and predators are on collarme. Im starting to recognize the scam they use as many use the same script. I know the site warns people, but it is infested with people who are in no way genuine and will do whatever it takes to pry your credit card info from you. Common sites they refer you to are teen love live, chatroomchicks, and WCgirls. Please be cautious and sceptical when meeting people on this site.

I think people catch on pretty quickly to the scams. If you treat it like the ocean.... ride the waves and keep looking out for that island whilst avoiding the fishing nets you can't go far wrong.
I don't think CM is any different from any other site with sexual connotations. They do it because they can and they obviously make money from it because they wouldn't do it otherwise. To us CM is a free site and I for one am grateful for that. As a woman I rarely get people chasing me for money but my partner could of had a slave from every continent in the world... lucky man [;)]

It is like anywhere else just becareful and you will be fine.  I met my Dom/hubby on here almost 4 years ago and have found many friends through this site aswell.  The information on the boards is also helpful at times.

Double posting as in posting the same message in more than one forum is against the TOS you agreed to when you joined this site.  Just in case you checked the box agreeing to those TOS without reading them first, Collarme has provided them on the bottom of its pages.  Please read the Terms of Service.  When double posting occurs the moderators will allow you to keep one of those double posts while deleting the rest.

I'm personally blown away by a person your age who has not encountered previous scams on the internet.  It's common wherever you go, especially on free sites.  Get used to it.  It's a fact of life and no matter how much you complain, the scammers and fakes will continue to remain as long as there is money to be made.  Block them.  Delete their mail.  Get on with your life.

The percentage of predators and scammers on here is no different than the percentage in life in general.....if you're surprised by the their presence here you may not be be paying close enough attention in general.
