You seem to completely ignore that there is inertia in an economy. I have yet to hear any plan that would have had us better off than we are right now. I've heard a lot that would have made things worse.

The problems started long before the crash. It's going to take time to straighten them out. This is true no matter what is done or who's doing them.

One thing I noticed:
46. Closed offshore tax safe havens
This is a lie. It has not happened. Although, if Obama had honesty and will to do something like this, the money gained could easily finance the universal health care.

Gee....nothing at all to like about Obama. Every problem is of his doing (not He Who Shall Not Be Named) and every good thing is the same Unnamed savior of the country.

Not what I said, nor what I think. Try again.

I'll go through the list when I'm more awake and can do a decent job but for right now I have one I think everyone can agree on.

He's alive so Joe Biden can't be the President.

Well thats certanly an important result but Im not sure you can attribute it to Obama since:

Security is so lax in his WH that crashers could get next to him.
He smokes.
He cheated on his wife with 9 or 10 women any one of which could have killed him in a jealous rage. Oh wait..that was the other half-black guy.

LOL, yeah, Joe Biden is what's called in the biz, "assasination insurance" and he's too dumb to know it.
How many things on that list has Obama actually "accomplished" anyway?
Just because you say something doesn't mean it's done.

But that it is not the change that most of the country wants does mean a lot.

If it was not the change most of the country wanted then how did he get elected?

The things he is doing that seem to be such a shock for many people were part of his campaign platform.

You couldn't think of anything positive either huh? Or, better yet, you're sticking with the "it could have been worse."

It's the global warming religion, faith based, position. Having lived through the last no experience, terrible results Presidency; I can tell you it was just as bad in 1980 with the same very poor economic inertia in 1980. Something was done then and there were a number of different paths that could have been taken since January.

The big one is not to have spent another $800 Billion bailing out the failures. 'Faith' is required to have the opinion that "it would have been worse" if we didn't. If we didn't, that new chuck of deficit wouldn't have been spent. The 'good assests' would have been purchased, the bad assetsassets liquidated and there would have been money to lend. The economy is bad now because of the decisions made since January.

Sorry - I don't follow the belief that it could have been worse.

I agree - as you point out by your silence in responding - there isn't one positive imitative coming out of this Administration since January.

Thats your complaint? That its close to a single payer? 4 million more children have insurance... and thats your complaint.

Eight years of desperate  propaganda, half truths and lies demonizing George W. Bush, thats how. In-your-face Michael Moore films that were full of lies. Union goons and paid protesters and crooked scientists and biased reporters preaching hysteria.

Tiger Obama

Barack Woods

If they were white guys you could joke all you want, and Obama IS the post racial president - which means everyone is equal now.

Oh wait - the left desperately needs to keep racism alive in order to win elections, doesn't it.

He got elected because he can give a good speech to people who don't know what they are listening to, the media downplayed the radical associations that formed his philosophy so most didnt realize just how radical he is and many who recognized his philosophy still thought that he would govern toward the center.

Read the polls. Is there any major issue that has a majority favoring it as currently proposed?

After all these months of debate some people dont understand that insurance is a piece of paper and health care is a doctor visit. 4 million children havent gained health care. And any step toward single payer is a HUGE complaint. I wont be alive to see the consequences, but my children will, and it sucks.

It is an experience gap, not a gender gap (within any given job class). Broad average wage differences exist for many reasons other than "discrimination" such as the professions that women choose to enter.

Research released in April 2007 by AAUW shows that just one year out of college, women working full time already earn less than their male colleagues, even when they work in the same field. Ten years after graduation, the pay gap widens.

rofl. Right out of a feminist website. Your research capabilities are amazing.

It is impossible for their to be a gender gap. Any business that could hire someone equally capable and as valuable for the business for less money would be insane not to.

hmmm wont link, brb

dataferret is down.

You can start with this, including findings of June O'neill, former CBO director, published by the International Womens Forum...a bastion of male chauvinism Im sure.

Gender gap is a feminist myth
