No there is not, they get to set their own rules, they choose not to have policies cross state lines, not laws. They have their own little private world which they exist in. of course they bought it and our elected officials to have this sweet deal. I'm sure every other business in this country would like the same ability to have the government support therer monopoly because they give them more money than anyone else
