~Fast Reply~

Skimmed over the thread.

OP, if you stop bitching about being hounded and just post and quit whining, you'll show yourself as a person worth respecting on the boards and then you'll get respect. I've seen it happen plenty of times.

Frankly, if you think some subs who disagree with you on the forums are going around warning people about you either on the other site of this site or in real life, I think you are greatly overestimating your importance in their lives.

Having pondered this, I think the problem is with the BBQ sauce, I should think that women would rather like the idea of Spicy Hot Saucy stuff, like chickenwings.

Hope this helps.

At least its finally going in a good direction -  away from the OP and towards Hooters, food etc. I mean the really important things in life.

Well, if you are turning your dungeon into a deep fry joint, I believe that franchise is a great business model.

i have tried to make my statements as factual as i could

a response to a criticism is not the same as whining

and i dont believe i gave you anything personally

most all my comments were of a general nature not directed at anybody

OK.  I stopped reading this at this point.  I'm going to add My two cents on this subject.  Consider this a blanket statement.

It has been My experience over the years with people involved in WIITWD that a few standards are common practice.  One is mean what you say.  This goes hand in hand with do what you say.  What you really have when it comes to associations in this lifestyle is what you build on your actions matching your words.  Lacking those things, you have no credibility.

Granted, this is only a message board.  There are no physical dangers from one poster to another.  Yet, because there is only written communication here, a person's words are the only way to make a character assessment.  If I find contradictions in text, such as the highlighted above when compared to other statements made (specifically, the OP has said on various threads that his reasons for saying certain things were either as jokes or specifically to elicit a response) I'm not going to see a person who is good for his word.  That gives a person a reason not to have trust in what the individual says and yes, would be a good reason to express the lack of trust in such a person's deeds.

I am not passive aggressive.  If I believe that a person can't be taken for what he says, I have no problem in telling a person so.  There are other posters on these boards who will come up with outrageous, fictitious stories to write up as originals, which boil down to habitual lies, and I don't find anything worthy in their character.  I'm very plain spoken about the fact that I don't care to associate with dishonest people.  It's really that simple.

I don't think random statements about 'abuse' is a joke in regards to BDSM.  I find it to be a rather tactless thing to say and I would most likely not want to be in the company of someone who thinks it is or doesn't know the difference.  Which may very well be one of the reasons that the OP finds himself in very little company in his personal life and why he has found such a poor reception here.  It has nothing to do with Me wanting to be in the pack, cool, popular, or any other thing.  I find such attitudes deplorable and do nothing but show a lack of real life experience in WIITWD.

your taking this out of context

we were at the time discussing posts on this thread only and i was saying my responses to posts on this thread were factual

so when taken in the way it was intended the statement is correct

there may be other reasons to criticize me but this isnt one of them

You know O.P. we can wipe the slate clean and start from scratch ,if you would participate in debate and forget about pot stirring.

i have a question is op original poster?

i dont stir pots as i believe i said i enjoy watching pots stir themselves

so there was a lot of help stirring the pot

i was surprised by the heated response to what i consider innocuous remarks by people that dont know me nor took the opportunity to get to know me

op = oringinal post or original poster, depending on context.

context is only available in posts or responses that consist of more than one or two idiotic statements coinciding with no information proferred in said idiots profile.

can you read anything into this response?

OP can mean either original poster or original post, as used to refer back.

It occurred to Me that I did not answer your original.  I'm going to correct that now.

While I am not male, I have not run into any situation where folks have felt the 'need' to warn people, new or otherwise about Me.  There are folks who know Me from these boards who also know Me in real life.  I have every confidence in saying they would gladly confirm what I've written in the above as the way I conduct My affairs in regard to BDSM.

i used to be very active in the "scene" having joined black rose in 84 or so and serving on the board

i have been a member of several clubs during the years but eventually found them a bore so i became inactive a couple years ago also due to business contingencies

i found that the clup scene didnt meet my needs

not to pound on any drums im not new and not unfamiliar with the scene etiquette, i just prefer marching to a distant drumer
