The question Id have to ask is "do you want to eat your cum?"
There is something in the community called "hard limits" or "limits" that is a place or activity where you absolutely wont go, cultural commoness of the activity does not mean you should do it...
There are people who can accept this and you might have to be more patient waiting for a mistress/dom/master/top who will not insist that you do it. If it is your true desire to do it, but you just don't know how to, I have a few tips... otherwise set your limits and be specific about them at the begining of any dialog..no matter how many people are doing it for their dominant's or ask you to do it.. Only YOU define what you can and cannot do.
It is like anything else, AGAIN.. if you really cannot make youreself do it, then do not. You can try associating the texture, smell and taste with something strong tasting that you actually like to eat. Your mind knows its cum and asociates all of the things your mind knows about cum and its going to react as such as long as it behaves like cum.
Ive given head with orange juice in my mouth at times, or sucking an altoid..(careful they burn) you can have that in your mouth first then try just a taste of it first on your fingertip.
Warning : ever vomit and remember that food forever and hate it?? If your attempt to eat cum ends in gagging or other uncomfortable gastrointestinal situations, this can also make you associate your favorite food with cum and then end up not liking the food because you remember it with cum, (in this case it sounds like your dislike of cum is related to negative or traumatic events in life or ideas.. you might consider not doing it.)
If its the smell you cant deal with, then this is the same, you can put something that smells good under your nose while you taste the cum.
You can associate it with the dedication you have for your dominant. Work with dedication to visualize the aspects of your submission, past scenes or time with her that you enjoyed while you taste the cum.. (again, if tasting cum is horrible for you, I'd consider not doing it ..it can make you associate that good time with something bad like tasting cum)
You can close your eyes and imagine a different substance while tasting the cum on your tongue you can combine this with smell under your nose or with the flavor of something you like on your tongue.
In any case, I would do it a bit at a time and be patient. I teach my slaves who actually want to eat cum but have trouble, to do a dab at a time, and if they can get past that with no trauma then they can move to more.
