That's ok. I'm pretty sure that we can tell you've never had one. Personally, I've had several through the years, even though I never officially called them 'mentors'. When there was someone out there who's topping skills I admired, I specifically wanted to learn from them. (Some of them used to frequent these boards.) In turn, I've taught others. I just had a great time last weekend teaching flourentine to a gal who swore up and down that she couldn't possibly learn it. In less than fifteen minutes, she was doing a fairly decent four point.
